OFFICIAL RULES

Game Modus
Select drive alternate shot (Greensome Stableford)
Both players hit a tee shot. The best shot is selected, and the player whose ball was not selected hits the next shot. The team alternates shots until the ball is holed. Each ball must be played as it lies, and the ball that is selected may not be switched during the remainder of the hole.
The scoring in Stableford competitions is made by points awarded in relation to a fixed score:
  • Two over par or no score returned: 0
  • One over par: 1
  • Par: 2
  • One under par: 3
  • Two under par: 4
  • Three under par: 5
The team who scores the highest number of points wins the tournament.
Allowance
  • The player with the lower handicap is allowed 60 percent of his/her handicap. The player with the higher handicap is allowed 40 percent of his/her handicap. The maximum index handicap difference between both players cannot be higher than 10.
  • Golfers can only participate at an Audi quattro Cup tournament, if they hold a valid USGA or WHS handicap.
  • Golfers, who qualified and competed on an Audi quattro Cup India Final are not allowed to qualify to another India Final for 3 years. i.e.: if competed at the 2024 Audi quattro Cup India Final, the earliest year to re qualify would be 2028.
Eligibility
  • Each team is eligible to participate in the regional legs only if invited by local Audi dealer.
  • The invite is non-transferrable. The minimum age is 18 years.
  • The maximum handicap is 24 for individual players.
  • The maximum index handicap difference between both players cannot be higher than 10.
  • The players must submit an updated proof of their handicap, as well as their World Handicap System I.D. number at the time of registration.
Scoring
  • The net scores are converted into Stableford points. The team with most Stableford points wins. In the event of a tie the better net score of handicap holes 1-18 in that order will decide the winner.
Audi quattro Cup Champion
  • Prizes will be given to winners, runners up and second runners up teams. The winning team will qualify for the India finals.
End of Competition
  • The competition ends after the prize presentation ceremony is over and the result list has been published. 
India final
  • The Audi quattro Cup India final will be held in Phuket, Thailand.
