We have observed that in few Audi vehicles A4 & Q5 the auxiliary heater element in the air conditioner may fail. Hence, we are undertaking a campaign to replace the heater element of the covered vehicles.

Audi Authorized Dealers will get in touch with 15812 customers of Audi A4 & Q5 across India and schedule an appointment at their workshop for performing the necessary auxiliary heater element & A software update of the air conditioner control unit that be may require to carried out in addition.

The activity is specific to 15812 cars of Audi A4 & Q5, which were manufactured from 2011 up to and including 2017.

The upgrade process would take approximately Two hour and will, of course, be performed totally free of charge to customer.
